India’s richest businessman Sh. Mukesh Ambani has partnered with Polygon Labs to promote blockchain and Web3 technologies through his company, Reliance Jio. This collaboration aims to strengthen Jio’s digital offerings and services.

It is a blockchain-based reward token. It can be earned through interactions with Jio’s various apps and services. These services are namely, MyJio and JioCinema. Additionally, by using Jio Sphere browser users can earn tokens by browsing the internet. These tokens are stored in users’ Polygon wallets. Currently Jio Coins cannot be transferred or sold in any market.

There is a new coin in town. One of the key parts of the announcement is that it can be earned for free, although it does require Jio users to do certain things.
